Kerala

Kerala – God’s own Country tagline has been used because of its location, landscaping and its surroundings. It is the amalgamation of lush and tropical Malabar Coast on the west along with verdant backwaters in the centre ranging from Cochin to Kollam and Nilgiri mountain range covered with tea plantations in the east.

Arrival meet & assist at railway station and transfer to your hotel for wash and change, later proceed for your local sightseeing covering:-

  • Gandhi Memorial

Lunch will be served in a local eatery and you can savor the very flavors of Tamil Nadu, after lunch we will proceed towards Kovalam Beach our next destination on the itinerary where we will also celebrate the Welcome of New Year 2013. Check in to your hotel, DJ dance, music and lots of fun before the turn of year. Over night at the Hotel.

Wake up to a fresh sea breeze of the very first day of New Year, play in the sand make sand castles at the beach, the best team will be judged and rewarded, after breakfast proceed towards visiting local attractions

Lunch en route in a local eatery, where you can enjoy subtle and spicy flavors of Kerala, later proceed towards Thekaddy Wildlife Sanctuary ( 4 Hours)
Arrive Thekaddy , Check in and freshen up, before you get ready to hear some Jungle tales from your hosts at the Hotel over dinner.
Thekkady-777 sq.km of lush green tropical forests is the natural habitat of elephant, bison, spotted deer, sambar, bear and many colorful birds etc. A very early morning wakeup call & breakfast proceed towards Lake Periyar & the Wildlife Sanctuary to have a unique experience of Lush Green forests of Thekaddy to look at the unique diversity of the Flora & Fauna, to experience the Spices at the Spice Gardens. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however are the herds of Wild Elephants that come down to play in the lake seen from the safety of your boat. Return back to Hotel for Lunch, After exploring the markets for local wares & handicrafts and indulging with the Locals bid Thekkady Good Bye and proceed towards Munnar ( 3 hrs). Arrive and check in at a hotel. Enjoy the charm of an evening in Munnar with sweet aroma of tea in the air, dinner and over night at the hotel
After early breakfast, proceed for your sightseeing of
  • Tea Factory and the Tea Estates
  • Mount Carmel
  • Mattupetty Lake & Dam, and also visit the Cattle Breeding Farm.
Lunch will be served at one of the Local eatery. After lunch we will take a stop at one of the magnificent Waterfalls of Kerala.. Later proceed towards Alleppey the heartland of backwaters in Gods Own Country. On arrival Check in to your Picnic House Boat for a Luxurious High Tea, have your tea & snacks while you sail in the back waters, it is said no trip to Kerala is complete without sailing in these peaceful back waters, look at the fisherman and farmers returning back from work, watch the tribals and locals lighting their evening cook fires. Proceed towards your hotel, check in dinner and over night at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Alleppey, the heartland of backwaters in Gods Own Country Kerala. On arrival at Alleppey Check in to your Picnic House Boat for Lunch , have your meals while you sail in the back waters, it is said no trip to Kerala is complete without sailing in these peaceful backwaters in traditional House Boats, look at the fisherman and farmers working , watch the life of local villagers, look at the children stop playing their games and waving at you while you pass their village, later proceed towards Cochin ( 1.15 Hrs) evening is free to shop, later check in, refresh, and over night after dinner at the hotel.
After early breakfast check out and proceed for a very colorful and cultural experience of the city of Cochin, visit :-
