Jakarta

Jakarta is one of the world’s greatest Megalopolies and a dynamic city of daunting extremes. From the city’s richly streets of Chinatown to the narrow lanes of Old Town, each corner has the element of surprise and keeps the mind alert. We will not only see the high flyers of the city but experience the undercurrent of its history, museums and local people.

The students will assemble at school and depart for the Indira Gandhi International Airport., New Delhi. They will then complete the necessary formalities and board their flight for Jakarta.
After arrival into Jakarta International Airport and clearing the migration and custom formalities, you will be met and escorted by your tour director to your hotel. After lunch, your tour director will take you for a city tour to visit the Jakarta history museum, Maritime museum, the Jakarta Cathedral. Later in the evening, you will visit the National Monument and Merdeka Square. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
After an early breakfast, you will depart an adventurous safari to the Taman and later to the Miniature Park. After dinner we will board our overnight train for Jog Jakarta.
After arrival, check into the hotel. We will be visiting the famous Borobudur temple (the biggest Buddhist temple of 9th Century), the Prambanan temple (the most beautiful temple of 10th Century), the King Boko Palace – the most glorious construction during the Sailendra Dynasty. In the evening, we will be enchanted in the cultural performance of the Ramayana ballet. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast we will visit the YogYakarta Palace, the Water Castle, and the Tugu Jogja. Evening will be free for leisure and after dinner, we will board the train for Jakarta.
After arrival, we will check in to our hotel and then depart for our tour of the Volcano at Bandung. The volcano is now dormant and last erupted in 1983. After lunch, we will visit the Old Town and local market. The students will have time for souvenir shopping and evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and proceed towards the airport for our flight for home.

This information is primarily for parents: All our tours are teacher led. If you’re interested in sending your child a tour, please send us the contact information of the concerned teacher in his/her school. We will contact the school authorities and pursue it further. Once the school approves the tour, students can register for the tour.


Registration and Documentation: You need to fill in the registration form provided and submit the necessary documents (which will be informed to you) along with the registration fees.


Manage Deadlines: Earnest Educational Tours makes all the arrangements for your tour months in advance. It is important for you to adhere to all the payment deadlines provided to you to ensure that your child's reservation is secure.


Get Prepared For The Tour: You will receive a detailed itinerary, details of hotels and a copy of your ticket from us. Students should spend some time on preparation work. Your child should read up about the places they are about to visit.
